John Barker Court starts on site

August 2017

Work has begun on a development in Brondesbury, in North West London, for Network Housing to provide 33 one and two bedroomed apartments, specifically designed for older people. The new building replaces an outdated, former sheltered housing scheme, dating from the mid-seventies. It is surrounded by mature trees which line the site boundaries, and has views into an area of undisturbed woodland.
This is the third scheme that TM Architects have undertaken using Construction Management.
